Saturdays can usually be meant for errands and catching up. While of course productivity is wonderful, we sometimes get bogged down by the idea of all the things that we have to get done.
Today I challenge you to do one thing for yourself that you normally would put off. In coaching, we often call it 'celebrating your win'. So many of us put ourselves on the back burner to get done for others, to get done for the house, or the job, or whatever. Today I challenge you to put yourself on top of your priority list and treat yourself just a little bit. EVEN if it is just buying the fresh flowers or upgrading from Dunkin Donuts to Starbucks today, indulge to remind yourself that you're worth it.
And just in case anybody around the house hasn't thanked you for totally rocking that to-do list you have, THANK YOU! Way yo go!
