Abigail will be hosting weekly, online Zoom sessions for readers to apply the lessons and breakthroughs offered in the book. Participants are invited to a weekly get together to debrief the book and bring reflections, thoughts, and questions to the table for discussion.

Existential Kink: Unmask Your Shadow and Embrace Your Power by Carolyn Elliott, PhD, is a self-help book that offers a method for personal transformation by embracing repressed, "shadow" aspects of oneself, finding pleasure in what one dislikes, and integrating these parts to gain power and get what you want.
It uses practices from shadow work, Jungian psychology, and occult philosophy to help readers consciously explore and accept their "guilty pleasures" and painful patterns, turning them into a source of strength rather than self-sabotage.
The core idea is that by consciously "getting off on what you don't," you can dissolve resistance and manifest change.
