A 'What's So' Journal
This cutie little planner has one job this year. To ground my feet in reality!!
I am implementing a new practice to write down on each calendar day, 5 things about 'What's so' in my life. For example:
-I live in Portland
-I LIVE WITH MY SISTER!!!
-I recorded 4 hours of my audio book
-I had a client call and spoke with two potential clients!
-I booked a radio interview!
Those are 5 things that happened when I started my journal!!! I woke up today pumped about yesterday and it got me out of bed today!
Lit up and ready to rock, today's list included
-Client call with an amazing woman! She sold her condo! #transformation
-Got nominated for 'One Book One College' by a student reader in California!
-Got some Amazon reviews ❤
-Listened on an AMAZING webinar for speakers and generated a ton of value!
-Spoke with my love, Rachel Wajvoda 😍
I am jacked up about putting these wins on paper!! I won't fool ya, team. Going this far out on my limbs requires a lot of bravery! My inner critic will say I am not doing enough. To put it on paper and back out of any 'struggle is real' story I make up makes me celebrate myself for the bridges I cross every single day!!
Everyday of our lives is a win!
There are always reasons to smile!
