 Haha Caitlin Chojnowski - Arbonne Independent Consultant! The circle continues! Yesterday, I shared a paying it forward story for her birthday wish! (See last post for double the gratitude!) I lost my voice over the weekend. As a woman with a career who depends on said voice working, I have been very selective about using it unnecessarily as I recover. Today, I'm sitting at Starbucks again to do some work and the man next to me started striking up conversation. He realized very quickly that I am having to whisper and a very loud coffee shop and struggling to hold a convo. He explained to me some home remedies that he knows and loves. I thanked him for his advice and as kindly as possible, got back to doing my computer work. Moments later, he got up and left. He ended up coming back with a warm lemon latte and 5 packets of honey for me!! I practically started crying from gratitude. I almost started laughing as I thought about how I had just actively done something for someone in need and without prompting and the kindness came right back! I am just ever so grateful for the gentle humor the universe can have sometimes. I am also so grateful to be in a world where people are conscious of each other and each other's needs.
