 Hearts Unleashed Podcast August 8 at 8:11 PMHi! I'm Abigail! I am your host of the Hearts Unleashed Podcast, where we are turning dreamers into doers. Straight up, I don't plan my insta grid or my Growing Gratitude posts but I do plan my life! I plan to impact this world and unleash your heart! I have a little motto that I live by, "self love in the form of self discovery." I truly believe that when we come to know, own, love, and share ourselves, we are truly unleashed to create a life we love. This took me years to understand and apply. My inner control freak always wants to force everyone to like and agree with me. Before truly meeting myself, I would shape shift into a sweet, agreeable gal next door. It looked great on the outside. Often on the inside, I was exhausted and overcommitted. This was a reoccurring pattern before I realized how far I had drifted from my true essence. Now, I like to think I am pretty agreeable and easy going still but I have certainly shifted from people pleasing to living a full life that pleases me. From a full heart, I set boundaries and standards that have elevated me to a new game in life. I am much more intentional about who I am being and what I am up to in this world. Nowadays, I love from a place of purity. I give from a place of joy. I'll always share from a brave heart that is out to make a difference in this world. I have learned to empower fearlessly, laugh deeply, and shine brightly. When you take the EVER IMPORTANT time it takes to get to know YOU, the world will know. You will become unstoppable in your mission and commitments. You will share your vitality as it overflows from you energized soul. You will be able to hear the whispers of your heart. You will take responsibility for the quality of your life. You will go from dreaming to doing. Welcome to the Hearts Unleashed Podcast. I am excited your here. I look forward to you meeting you and sharing your heart with us. I love myself. Every coach, entrepreneur, and leader that I have ever known has gone through their own flavor of this same stage of growth: "Afraid to shine TOO bright" It's a stage where we are totally loving our transformation. We are coming to see all that is truly possible. We are starting to understand all the abundance that is available to us and yet, we have these little snags of inner critic that tell us not to shine too brightly. That voice scolds, "don't flaunt, brag, or boast." This is an interesting growth period for each of us. While we are being called to limitless levels of expansion, our past is telling us that being our truly-most-outrageously-ginormously-too many-too-big-words-to-put-together biggest selves will offend, turn off, or annoy the ones that we love and want to be accepted by. Our happiness will be annoying. Our light will be blinding. Our abundance will trigger scarcity. We face the fear of rejection in a whole new way that never occurred before loving ourselves. I'm here to say that is just not true. No matter which side of the spectrum you are on, this is a conversation about perception. I am here to tell you that love is love. I love me and that's what matters. I love you. You love Me too! Our perceptions, mindsets, and filters will skew our ability to unconditionally love each other and celebrate each other's growth and successes. Our jealousy will trick us to believe that we don't want what's best for the ones that we love so much. Our insecurities will have us believing that there isn't enough to go around or that were not capable enough to have it all as well. Our grass is greener mentality will make us believe that someone else has more available to them then we have to ourselves. This is all a conversation of perception. This is not a conversation about love. My invitation is that you cheer on every single person in your life. Want everyone to win. You want everyone living their heart unleashed because you want it ever so badly for yourself...and abundance doesn't not come to an ungrateful heart. I'm sure you have heard that 'to give is to receive.' You don't have to have the money or the things. Give your love. Give it as if you would never run out. When your perception shifts, you will come to understand that you truly will never run out of love and the more that you give the more that you generate. Leaders and Lovers, at some point, you cross through that breakdown of "will they still love me?" or "What will they think of me?" You learn to give it up. You learn to love yourself. You come to approve of yourself. You shine as brightly as you ever thought you could knowing that there's always progress, growth, and more joy for ALL to bask in. Shine on, lovers. Unleash that heart of yours. Be your fullest self. I've said it before and I'll say it a million more times. You are a divinely unique gift and the world is waiting for you to deliver it.
